This tour is suitable for first time swimmers and families
Get up close with Oahu’s incredible marine life as you swim through schools of tropical fish and encounter the island’s famous Hawaiian green sea turtles. Explore Turtle Canyon, a popular turtle-cleaning station where turtles can often be seen resting and feeding in the clear, shallow waters.
The Captain Max crew is made up of certified divers, lifeguards, freedivers, and experienced ocean enthusiasts who know these waters well. Our crew will show you how to use snorkel gear, help you find the best spots where to see turtles and feel more comfortable in the ocean.
Please note, this tour takes place on our bigger vessel that is up to 40 passengers per tour.

Unfortunately for your own safety we do not recommend this tour for women that are pregnant due to the boat reaching high speeds, potentially sharp tours, and a possible bumpy ride.

✦ Meet at the Gate of Pier A where you will be greeted -
✦ Check-In is 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
✦ We leave exactly at scheduled departure time so please plan ahead and be on time.
✦ If you are late and miss the boat or are a no-show your ticket will be forfeited and we cannot offer any refund. -
✦ There is a Pay-to-Park lot at the harbor. It is $2 per hour. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to tour to find parking.

✦ Tips/Gratuity are not included in price for crew but highly appreciated. We accept cash or Venmo for tips.

✦ If you need to cancel your tour you need to give us a 24 hour notice. After that timeframe we will not provide a refund or rebooking option. No exceptions. If you are not contacted about a cancellation due to weather or an emergency expect your tour to run and be on time!

✦ If you are not frequently on boats we recommend taking over-the-counter sea sickness medication a few hours prior the tour to avoid any sea sickness for the duration of your tour. (Please consult your doctor if you have health issues before taking medication) We also recommend bringing ginger chews or crackers to help with seasickness as well!
